How long does it take to deliver items?

It depends on delivering area and what time you order. However we will ship items within 1~3 business days except Saturday and Sunday after you order, if there are no descriptions of special note in the item page. If you don't specify any day for your delivery, the item will be delivered in the shortest period. (you can specify time-slot). In the unlikely event that you don't receive your item within 7 days after order, please contact us from inquire form. You can use downloading items after soon your purchasing.

In principle, we don't accept returning items because of your own accord. However, If only the ordered items have an initial defect or we ship items which you didn't order because of delivery errors, we will accept returning items only when you contact us within 1 week after the delivery. * Only unused items. In addition, you can not return downloading items because of its nature.

Only if the item is developed by us, we will repair your item at its expense. * We also accept repairing items which you bought at other shop.

When an item is out of stock, is the item going to be in stock?

Depends on items. Some items will back in stock.

Defective item, returning and exchanging items for incorrect dispatch

Please make sure the delivered item is what you ordered soon after you get it.

Although we take care of the quality of the products, but in the event a product is damaged or dirty, or a product is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving item. We will accept returning and exchange for the items. (The return shipping cost shall be borne by us.)

*Please note that items must be unused.

If you notice its damage and breakdown after you use, you will be liable for all repair fees.

If a product is in the following matter such as "more than 7 days later from the day when the item was delivered", "used even once", "without accessories such as tag and box" and following situations, we will not accept returning and exchanging regardless of what causes or contributes to it.

  • When you send a product without contacting us before you send.
  • When a product gets damage or dirty made by your responsibility.
  • When you lose or damage a product's tag, packaging (bags) and accessories.
  • When you send a product with attaching bill of lading directly on an individual presentation box.

If you would like to exchange a product, we will basically exchange a product for the same one. In the unlikely event that we are not able to offer the same product, we will accept your request as returning.

For exchanging item, please note that we will send you non-defective product after we check a product you send because of the nature of the good.

Refund Procedure

We cancel that credit card transaction.

If you receive the payment by any possibility because of the billing cycle, the payment will be returned and offset by your credit card company in next month. (Billing cycle differs depending on credit company)
